Cancellation & Refund Policy for Sai Vastra

 

At Sai Vastra, we aim to provide high-quality cotton, mul cotton, and linen sarees to our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


Pre-Delivery Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped or dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact us at sunrisedigital21@gmail.com with your order number and details.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.


Post-Delivery Returns / Refunds

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • The saree must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided while requesting the return.

Sai Vastra reserves the right to reject the return request if the above conditions are not met.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and will not be considered a defect.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited using the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges may not be refundable, depending on the reason for the return.


Replacement / Exchange

If the product is damaged during delivery or an incorrect product was shipped, Sai Vastra will offer a replacement, subject to product availability.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Replacement products will be shipped within 5 – 7 business days after the return is approved.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been processed:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider as processing time may vary.

  3. If the issue continues, contact us at sunrisedigital21@gmail.com with your order details.


Deductions

Sai Vastra may deduct payment gateway charges, shipping costs, or applicable taxes (GST) from refunds where applicable and according to our policies.


Legal Note

In accordance with Indian e-commerce consumer protection guidelines, refunds will be provided if the product is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Not as described on the website

  • Incorrectly delivered
